Many organisations, particularly in the Not-for-Profit and healthcare sector focus on service delivery but struggle with strategic projects due to a lack of internal capacity.
Transform strategists partner with organisations for short term strategic capability that delivers confidence through objective solutions and fit-for-purpose education and training initiatives.
We have recently completed a 6 month engagement with a significant Melbourne company to create a new professional learning framework, competency development, performance improvement, appraisal and management and people and culture transformation project.
We have recently successfully completed a project for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. ANZCA contracted Transform strategists to undertake a scoping and analysis project to create a Strategic Business Case for the creation of a new Training Program for GPs.
Currently, we are working on two significant projects:
- Review and evaluation of the newly introduced Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists competency based training program. This evaluation will be predominately qualitative and consist of a detailed narrative analysis of over 30 focus group workshops with Trainees, Supervisors and Directors of Training analysing all aspects of the new training program.
- Development of an online collaborative platform design and specifications: This complex engagement will require the detailed scoping and technological functionality and architecture documentation for an exciting new initiative that will create a collaborative peer-to-peer professional learning platform to enhance the delivery of healthcare across Australia.
